Instinct Fitness is a kettlebell gym located in the heart of Bridgeville, PA. All of our workouts are in boot camp style group classes. The camaraderie and relaxed atmosphere help you work your hardest and have fun while losing weight and getting stronger!

In our gym we use a combination of tools such as kettlebells, battling ropes, jungle gyms, medicine balls, and body weight exercises to keep your workout fun and challenging. No two classes are ever the same and we are constantly expanding our tools and coming up with new ways to help you get in shape.
